VINYASA FLOW

A fluid and rhythmic flow yoga session that moves through a sequence of postures designed to strengthen and expand your body, mind, and soul. Vinyasa classes connect movement with breath and reflect each teacher's personal expression. Reflection and yoga philosophy may be included in classes, as well as an emphasis on anatomical alignment and technique. Classes are timed to the beat of the music in order to keep the breath moving, using tunes from various performers and genres. We flow together and sweat a lot.

POWER VINYASA FLOW

Power Vinyasa is based on the same principles as a traditional vinyasa class but is typically way more athletic and physical. Movement goes quickly, and there may be fewer instructional directions from asana to asana. Power yoga classes move at a fast pace and require a certain level of strength and fitness. Without a basic understanding of standard vinyasa poses and movements, you may find it challenging to keep up. Classes are paced to the beat of the music to drive the breath, with tracks from varied artists and genres. We flow together, and we sweat hard.

SLOW BURN YOGA

This class is great for all levels because students will hold each pose for five to eight breaths. This gives you more time in each pose to adjust to, and understand, more specific alignment. This practice will give your wrists and shoulders a break because there will be less time spent with your hands on the mat. Classes are paced to the beat of the music to drive the breath, with tracks from varied artists and genres. Come prepared to sweat hard.
